Code of Public Laws relating to the city of Baltimore, by
authorizing the Board of Police of said city to cause the clos-
ing of bar rooms, bars, drinking houses and liquor shops in
said city, and the sale or furnishing of liquor thereat, when
necessary for the preservation of the public peace;

Which was taken up for consideration and read the second,
and by special order the third times, and passed by yeas and

The bill entitled, an act to repeal the 412th section of arti-
cle IV of the Code of Public Local Laws, and insert in lieu
thereof the following sections;

Was taken up for consideration and read the second
