On motion of Mr. Gordon,

Leave was granted the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill to provide further means of serving process in
certain cases.

Mr. Mackubin presented the claim of Thomas J. Brice for
au overpayment made to the Treasury;

Also, the claim of Caleb Stewart for Services as porter to
the Court of Appeals;

Which were severally read and referred to the Committee
on Claims.

On motion of Mr. Chaplain,

Leave was granted to the Talbot delegation to introduce a
bill adding new sections to the Code of Public Local Laws
relating to the schools of Talbot county.
