hereby tendered to the Hon. E. G. Kilbourn, for the faithful
impartial and dignified manner in which he has presided over
the deliberations of this House during the present session:

Which was unanimously adopted.
On motion of Mr. Harding,

It was ordered that when this House adjourn it stands ad-
journed until 4 o'clock, P. M.

On motion of Mr. Harding,

The House at 12 1-4 o'clock adjourned.

EVENING SESSION—4 o'clock,

The House met.

Present at the callof the roll the following members :

rough, Warfield, Brune, Winans, Pitts, Harrison, Thomas,
Wallis, Sangston, Morfit, Scott, Fiery, Stake, Griffith, Bar-

nard, McCleary, Roop, Brown.

Mr. Ford offered the following :

Ordered, That the Folder to the House of Delegates, be di-
rected to attend to the folding and transmitting of all docu-
ments required by the members of this House during the re-
cess thereof.

Mr. Landing moved to lay the order on the table,

The yeas and nays were ordered, and appeared as follow :
