Leave was granted the committee on Military affairs to in-
troduce a bill totnake an appropriation for the purpose of re-
pairing the State armories at Annapolis, Frederick and
Easton.
On motion of Mr. Briscoe,
Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill suspending process on all writs of execution
issued or hereafter to be issued in this State.
On motion of Mr. Chaplain,
Leave was granted the Talbot county delegation to intro-
duce a bill authorizing the Commissioners of Talbot county
to make an appropriation for the purpose of purchasing arms
for the county.
