The bill entitled, an act for the relief of the securities upon

On motion of Mr. Jacobs,

The vote was reconsidered, and the bill recommitted to the
committee on Ways and Means.

Mr. Brune presented a communication from the Mayor of
Baltimore in reference, to the action of the Governor of Mary-
land, in connexion with the Mayor and Board of Police of
Baltimore, to protect the peace of city on and after the 19th
of April, 1861, and moved that 2000 copies of the same be
printed for the use of the House.
