So the substitute was rejected.

The question then recurred upon the second reading of the
resolutions.

Mr. Foid proposed to fill the first blank with "Towson-
town,"

Mr. Mills proposed to fill the blank with the name of
" Westminister."

Mr. Jacobs proposed to fill the blank with the name of
"Baltimore city ;"

Which was rejected.

The question then recurred upon the motion of Mr. Mills,
to substitute Westminster;

Which was rejected.

The original proposition to fill the blank with Towson-
town ;

Was rejected.

Mr. Fiery proposed the following substitute for the resolu-
tions:

That this General Assembly, when it does adjourn, adjourn
sine die.

The yeas and nays were ordered, and appeared, as follow :
