ORDERED—

That it be entered on the Journal, that if the
Senator from Cecil had been present when the
vote was taken upon the preamble and resolutions
in regard to the Police Commissioners of Balti-
more city, he would have voted for said preamble
and resolutions, 316.

That such Senators as may desire to sign the
report of the Joint Committee on Federal Rela-
tions be permitted to do so at their discretion,
321.

That the second and third orders of a series of
orders reported by the Senator from Allegany from
a Select Committee, and adopted by the Senate on
the 24th June ultimo, as a part of the rules for its
government, the same be, and are hereby repealed,
295, 296.
