Which was read the second time.

On motion of Mr. Goldsborough, of Talbot,
Three-fourths of all the Senators concurring,

Said bill was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. Blackistone, McKaig,

Bradley, Miles,

Franklin, Nuttle,

Grahame, Smith,

Goldsborough, of Talbot; Stone,

Heckart, Watkins,

Kimmel, Whitaker—15.
Lynch,

NEGATIVE——NONE.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

A bill, entitled, An act to authorize the Courts of Equity of
this State to direct the deposits of trust funds in the banks of this
State,

Was taken up and read the second time.
Mr. Franklin offered the following order:

Ordered, That William Ebberts, of Frederick city, be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to fold all documents ordered
to be printed by the Senate, during the recess of the Legislature,
and that he receive for such services one dollar per day, for all
the time he shall be actually engaged.

Mr. Kimmel offered as an

AMENDMENT:

Two dollars per day;

Which was rejected.

The order was then adopted.

The Senate adjourned until the 17th of September, at 1 o'clock.
