A bill, entitled, An act to repeal the 890th section of the 4th
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, giving certain powers
to single justices of the peace in the city of Baltimore, in relation
to landlords and tenants, and to substitute therefor a section in-
creasing the power of such justices in the premises,

Was taken up, read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays as follows:

and apportioning the number of justices of the peace and consta-
bles in said election districts,
