STATE OF MARYLAND, TO WIT:

Friday, the 26th day of April, in the year one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-one, being the day appointed by proclamation
of the Governor of Maryland, for the meeting of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, in extra session, in the city of Frederick,
the following Senators appeared in the Senate Chamber, and
