Ordered, That the Committee on Claims be, and they are hereby
directed to pay to the President of the Senate and Secretary mile-
age and per diem for the time they may be detained after the
adjournment of the present session.

A bill, entitled, An act to divide the Western poll of Diitrict
No. 2, in Frederick county, into two polls,

Was taken up, read the third time, and passed by yeas and
