ported the following:

A bill, entitled, An act to repeal the 29th Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, and the proviso to the 33rd section of
the 5th Article of the said Code, relating to stay of execution,
and to extend the time for extending the executions of judgments;

Which was read the first time, and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Lynch, from the Committee on Corporations, reported the
following:

A bill, entitled, A further additional supplement to an act,
entitled, An act to establish and incorporate a Medical and Chi-
rurgical Faculty or Society in the State of Maryland,

With the following

AMENDMENT:

Strike out, in the fourth line of the first section, the word
"such," and insert the words, "any ten;"

Which was adopted.
