Goldsborough, of Talbot; Townsend,

Heckart, Whitaker—14.

NEGATIVE——NONE.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

On motion of Mr. Franklin,

Ordered, That Thomas A. Mitchell, Sergeant-at-Arms, be paid
two dollars per day for his services, in taking care of desks of
Senators, and in discharging other duties during the tecess of
the Legislature, in accordance with an order of the Senate,
adopted 11th May, 1861.

A bill, entitled, An act to amend the 16th Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, by adding thereto the following section,
relating to injunctions ————,

Was read the third time, ami passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows:
