NEGATIVE—NONE.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Duvall, from a select committee, reported favorably on the
following bill:

A bill, adding a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws, relating to the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Mont-
gomery county;

Which was read the first time, and,

On motion of Mr. Duvall,
Three-fourths of all the Senators concurring,
Was read the second time, and,

On motion of Mr. Duvall,
Three-fourths of all the Senators concurring,

Said bill was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
