Mr. Goldsborough, of Dorchester, on the part of the same
Committee, made the following minority

REPORT:

The undersigned, a minority of the Joint Committee, appointed
to consider the question of adjournment, respectfully report that
they differ from the majority of the Committee, and respectfully
recommend that the two Houses adjourn to-morrow, to meet in
the city of Frederick, on the 4th day of June next, at one o'clock,
P.M.

WASHINGTON DUVALL.

Which was read.

The question was taken upon the adoption of the majority
report.

The yeas and nays being demanded, appeared as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. Brooke, President; McKaig,

Franklin, Townsend,

Gardiner, Watkins,

Heckart, Whitaker,

Lynch, Yellott—10.

NEGATIVE.

Messrs. Duvall, Kimmel,
Goldsborough,of Talbot; Stone—5.
Goldsborough, of Dor.;

So the Senate adopted the report.

Mr. Lynch, from the Committee on Federal Relations, to whom
was referred the report of the Committee of Federal Relations of
the House, reported favorable on said resolutions.

Mr. Yellott offered the following

AMENDMENTS :

Strike out the last of the Resolutions adopted by the House of
Delegates, in regerd to adjournment, and insert the following:

And be it further Resolved, That a Committee be appointed to
consist of four members of the Senate, and four members of the
