Heckart, Whitaker,

Lynch, Yellott—8.

So the Senate rejected the substitute.

Mr. Yellott moved to reconsider the vote by which the joint
report of the two Houses were concurred in.

The yeas and nays being demanded, appeared as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. Brooke, President; McKaig,

Duvall, Watkins,

Gardiner, . Whitaker,

Heckart, Yellott—8.

NEGATIVE.

Messrs. Franklin, Lynch,
Goldsborough, of Talbot; Stone,
Goldsborough, of Dor.; Townsend—7.
Kimmel,

So the Senate reconsidered the vote.

The question was then taken upon the question to concur in
the joint report.
