She was the granddaughter of Philemon Lloyd
(1646-1685). She was the niece of Edward Lloyd
(1670-1718/19); Philemon Lloyd (ca. 1674-1732/
33); Anna Maria Lloyd (1677-1748), who mar-
ried Richard Tilghman (1672/73-1738/39); and
Margaret Lloyd (1683-1747), who married Mat-
thew Tilghman Ward (ca. 1676-1741). Her broth-
ers were James (1716/17-1768); Robert Uoyd (ca.
1712-1770); and Philemon (1721-died young).
Her sisters were Deborah (1719-1786); Hen-
rietta Maria (ca. 1711-1748), who married Sam-
uel Chamberlaine (1698-1773); and Margaret (ca.
1714-ca. 1785), who married William Tilghman
(1711-1782). Her first cousins were Edward Lloyd
(1711-1770); Richard Lloyd (ca. 1717-1786);
Dorothy Blake, who married Charles Carroll
(1691-1755); Henrietta Maria Lloyd (?-1766),

who married second, Daniel Dulany (1685-1753);
