was a merchant, doctor, and planter as well as
sheriff of Kent County in 1663, clerk of Talbot
County from 1668 to 1674, and justice of Talbot
County from 1681 to 1685. During his lifetime he
patented ca. 5,000 acres. MOTHER: Judith (ca.
