Beard (a)

Thorowgood (a, b)

There is no record that either Boughton or White received a summons to, or attended, this Assembly, although both
men were members of the Council and thus members of the Upper House.

There was not yet a permanent Committee of Laws which served an entire session, but these two committees were
each delegated responsibility for more than one bill and represent more than ad hoc bodies; each brought back approxi-
mately four draft bills.
