seventy-nine, entitled an act to repeal sections fifty-

Laws of Baltimore county, entitled "Collector," and
sections seventy-eight to ninety, inclusive, entitled
"Treasurer and Collector," and to repeal section,
twelve of chapter one hundred and ninety-six, acts

amend the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
article three, sub-title "Treasurer and Collector," by
repealing and re-enacting section twelve of the act
passed at the January session, eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight, chapter four hundred and ninety-
four, and by adding additional sub-sections to sec-
tion fourteen of said act, and to re-enact the same
