Commissioners in a penalty double the amount
of his contract, conditioned for the faithful
discharge of the duties imposed upon him by
law; said bond to be approved by the said Road
Commissioners and County Commissioners in
their respective election districts and filed

Commissioners and County Commissioners
should fail to dispose of any section of road at
public letting the County Commissioners shall,

ditions that regulate the keeping in good re-
pair of other sections, and failing in this they
shall p]ace said section under the special
charge of the Road Commissioner in whose

pend in repairs and improvements thereon
such amount of money as the County Commis-
sioners may order; and not more than one sec-
tion of road shall be contracted for with any
one person, unless it shall be wholly impossi-
ble to do otherwise; and the said Road Com-
missioners and County Commissioners shall
report promptly to the Board of County Com-
missioners all the proceedings under this sec-
tion, and when a new road shall have been
