CHAPTER 501.
AN ACT to continue in force act of eighteen,
hundred and seventy, chapter two hundred
and six, entitled an act to create State Bank-
ing Institutions to enable the several banks
in the State, State and National, to avail of
the provisions thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the provisions of
the act of eighteen hundred and seventy, chap-

several banks in this State, State and National,
to avail of the provisions thereof, be and the
same is continued in force until the first day
of January, nineteen hundred and five, and to
the end of the next session of the General As-
sembly thereafter.

Effective.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That, this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
