streets, in Baltimore county, as made in a lease
to said corporation from William W. Spence
and others, dated the eleventh day of January,
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, duly re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore
county, in Liber W. M. I., No. one hundred and
forty-three, folio five hundred and twenty-six,
&c., subject to the yearly ground-rent of seven
hundred dollars per annum; the reversionary
interest in and to said last-mentioned lot and
to said yearly ground-rent of seven hundred
dollars by said lease, to be purchased or other-
wise acquired from said lessors or such person
or persons as may hereafter own the same;
that fee-simple lot of ground on Sumwalt
street, in Baltimore county, which by deed
dated the eleventh day of December, and left
for record among said last-mentioned records
on the twenty-second day of December, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-five, was granted by
Henry Shirk, senior, and wife to said corpora-
tion.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
