Shockley, late of Wicomico county, deceased ,

To make valid

. of the sum of one hundred dollars to the
Trustees of the Old School or Primitive Bap-
tist Church, in the town of Salisbury, Wicom-
ico county, and State of Maryland; and also-
to the bequest of the residue of said Mary L.
Shockley's estate, to Trustees of said church
after paying other legacies and debts; tenth
to the bequest of John L. Boyd, late of Balti-
more county, deceased, of the sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars to the Boundary
Avenue Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
city, Maryland; eleventh, to the following be-
quests of Edward Kurtz, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, to wit: of the sum of one thousand
dollars to the Baltimore Orphan Asylum, of
one thousand dollars to the Home of the
Friendless, of one thousand dollars to the
Maryland Bible Society, of two thousand dol-
lars to St. Mark's English Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Baltimore, and of the sum of
one hundred dollars to the Ladies' Branch
Bible Society; twelfth, to the bequest of
Daniel Sprecher, late of Washington county,
deceased, to the Treasurer of the Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Synod of Maryland; thirteenth,
to the bequest of David Neikerk, late of
Washington county, deceased, to David Nei-
kerk, Levi T. Beochley, John H. Suavely, Wil-
liam H. Taylor and David Kauffma.n, Trus-
tees of the Bethany Congregation of the
Church of Christ, and their successors; four-
teenth, to the bequests of John Hager, late of
Washington county, deceased, to the German
Reformed Christ Church, at Funkstown
Washington county, and to the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Hagerstown Station; fif-
