HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,
CHAPTER 478.

AN ACT to appropriate the sum of money
therein mentioned to pay the claims of
George D. McClure, Frederick Price, H. P.
Freeman, Edward Mahoney, assignee of W.
B. Goddard, George Tarlton, John Cummings,
Samuel F. Butler, W. H. Hance, S. L. Kroh,
Frank Scott, T. M. Pearce, J. V. Roach,
Patrick Koach, Mary J. Taylor, assignee of
Philip Raley, Robert Posey, J. W. Nelson,
E. N. Carpenter, Henry H. Sinclair and Wal-
ter Ensor, for money due for services ren-
dered in State Tobacco Warehouse Number
Two.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Treasurer of
the State of Maryland, upon the warrant of
the Comptroller of the Treasury, who is hereby
authorized and directed to issue the same, be
and he is directed to pay George D. McClure
the sum of one hundred and nine dollars; to
Frederick Price forty-eighty dollars; to H. P.
Freeman ninety-three dollars and fifty cents;
to Edward Mahoney, assignee of W. B. God-
dard, sixty-eight dollars; to George Tarlton

forty dollars; to John Cummings one hundred
and fifty-three dollars and fifty-eight cents ;
to Samuel F. Butler one hundred and sixty
dollars; to W. H. Hance one hundred and
seventeen dollars; to S. L. Kroh sixty dollars;
to Frank Scott ninety-two dollars and fifty
cents; to T. M. Pearce one hundred and sixty
dollars; to J. V. Koach ninety-two dollars; to
Patrick Roach five dollars; to Mary J. Taylor,
assignee of Phillip Raley, forty-seven dollars ;
to Robert Posey seventy-six dollars; to J. W.
Nelson one hundred and twenty-two dollars;
to E. N. Carpenter one hundred and seventeen
dollars and fifty cents; to Henry H. Sinclair
sixty-three dollars, and to Walter Ensor fifty-
eight dollars, or to their respective assignees
