of Catonsville shall be understood to embrace
an area of not less than two miles in any direc-
tion from the intersection of the Baltimore
and Frederick Turnpike road and Bloomsbury
lane.

Effective.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to organize and incorporate the pur-
chasers of the railroad property and fran-
chises of the Annapolis and Elkridge Rail-
road Company, under the name of the An-
napolis, Washington and Baltimore Railroad
Company, or such other name as they may
adopt, and to authorize a conveyance, sale,
or lease of the property so purchased.
