SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to pay E. Stabler, Jr., & Co. the sum
of twenty-six dollars for coal furnished to
State Tobacco Warehouse Number Four, in
the city of Baltimore.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to draw his warrant upon the

Treasurer of the State in favor of E. Stabler,
Jr., & Company for the sum of twenty-six dol-
