LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Branch, to its confluence with the Little North-
west Branch; thence up and with the said
Little Northwest Branch to the place of begin-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the voting
place or polls in said district shall be at Whea-

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the name of
Berry's District, or the Fifth Election District

Colesville District, Number Five, or the Fifth
Election District of Montgomery county, and
that the voting place or polls thereof shall be
at Colesville.

Election District of Montgomery county, shall
be entitled to two Justices of the Peace and
two Constables, and no more.

place or polls of Bethesda District Number
Seven, or the Seventh Election District of
Montgomery county, shall continue to be at
