Branch, to its confluence with the Little North-
west Branch; thence up and with the said
Little Northwest Branch to the place of begin-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the voting
place or polls in said district shall be at Whea-

ton, and the said village of Wheaton shall
embrace what has heretofore been known as
Mitchell's Cross-Roads Leesboro' and Wheaton
Post-office.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Governor
of Maryland and the County Commissioners,
of Montgomery county be and they are hereby
respectively authorized and directed to appoint

Officers for
new district.
|
for said new Election District two Justices of
the Peace, an Officer of Registration of Voters
and two Constables, and all other officers that
they may be now authorized by law to appoint
for other Election Districts in said county, and
also to do whatever else, within the scope of
their authority, may be necessary to carry out
the object of this act.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the name of
Berry's District, or the Fifth Election District

Change of
name.
|
of Montgomery county, is hereby changed to
Colesville District, Number Five, or the Fifth
Election District of Montgomery county, and
that the voting place or polls thereof shall be
at Colesville.

Number of
Justices and
Constables.
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That hereafter-
Colesville District Number Five, or the Fifth
Election District of Montgomery county, shall
be entitled to two Justices of the Peace and
two Constables, and no more.

Polls— where.
|
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the voting
place or polls of Bethesda District Number
Seven, or the Seventh Election District of
Montgomery county, shall continue to be at
Bethesda.
