and no person shall be allowed to license
more than one blind in any season, and if
more than one license be so obtained by any
person, the same shall be revoked by said
Clerk, but the money paid therefor shall not
be recovered, but be disposed of the same as-
if the license was legally obtained.

CHAPTER 367.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Board
of County Commissioners of Harford county
to issue bonds to the amount of thirty-two
thousand dollars.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Harford county be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to issue

bonds of said county to the amount of thirty-
two thousand dollars, in amounts of not less
than one hundred dollars nor more than five
thousand dollars, at rates of interest not ex-
ceeding five per cent., and payable in two, three,
four and five years, according to their issue ;
provided, that no bond issued under and by
the authority of this act shall bear interest
after its maturitv, nor shall the said Board of
