money.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said
County Commissioners be and they are hereby
authorized and empowered, if in their discre-
tion they deem proper, to borrow the amount
of money necessary to carry out the provi-
sions of the first section of this act, and to
pledge the said bonds as collateral security for
the money so borrowed.

Exempt.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted. That the said
bonds shall be exempt from county and muni-
cipal taxation.

Repealed.

SEC 6. And be it enacted, That all acts or
parts of acts inconsistent with this act be and
they are hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted. That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 366.

A N ACT to regulate the shooting of wild fowl
from blinds in the waters of the Severn and
Magothy rivers, in Anne Arundel county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That on and after the
passage of this act it shall not be lawful for

any person or persons to shoot wild fowl from
any booby blind or brush blind, on the waters
of the Severn river, in Anne Arundel county,
except upon Monday, Wednesday and Satur-
days, and on the waters of Magothy river in said
county, except on Tuesday and Friday of each
week.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That before any
person shall place and booby blind or brush
blind in, or upon said waters and shoot there-
from, he shall first obtain a license so to do
