men employed by the Public Park Commis-
sion of the city of Baltimore, shall have,
while on duty, the same power that the Police
in said city have as conservators of the peace.

CHAPTER 355.
AN ACT relating to causes before Justices of
the Peace in Talbot county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful
for any resident of Talbot county to be sued

lawful.

before any Justice of the Peace of said county
out of the Election District in which he or
she resides; provided, however, that upon any
cause of action within the jurisdiction of a Jus-
tice of the Peace arising in said county, any
resident may be sued before a Justice of the
Peace in the Election District wherein the con-
tract was made and such cause of action did
originate.

Repeal.
|
SEC. 2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with
the provisions of this act are hereby repealed.
|
|
|
|
Effective.
|
SEC. 3. This act shall take effect and be in
force from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 357.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Washington county to issue bonds
for building, a School House in Hagerstown,
in said county, and to levy a tax for the pay-
ment of the same.
