the Treasurer of the State in favor of the Boys'
Home Society of Baltimore city for the above
amount in each of the years mentioned, paya-
ble on the first day of July.

CHAPTER 353.

AN ACT appropriating a sum of money for
the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore
city.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury of the State of Maryland be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to draw
his warrant on the Treasurer of the State, for

the sum of one thousand dollars during the
year eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and
one thousand dollars during the year eighteen
hundred and eighty-eight, in favor of the Sis-
ters Superior of the Little Sisters of the Poor,
of the city of Baltimore, to be used to main-
tain the aged and helpless persons under their
charge.

Appropriations.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
