CHAPTER 348.
AN ACT to punish trespassing in Anne Arun-
del county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That any person or per-
sons who shall enter upon the land or premises
of any other person in Anne Arundel county,

in this State, to the injury of said land and
premises, and against the wishes or notice of
the owner or owners thereof, shall be liable to
a fine of not less than five dollars, nor more
than ten dollars for each offence, to be collected
as other fines; and nothing herein contained
shall repeal, modify or be in conflict with any
existing law on the subject of trespassing.

CHAPTER 349.
AN ACT to declare the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to a grant of
land by Mrs. Henrietta R. Glenn to the Ves-
try of St. Luke's Church, Baltimore.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland be and the
same is hereby given to a grant of land by
Mrs. Henrietta R. Glenn to the Vestry of St.
Luke's Church, a body corporate in the city of
Baltimore, effected by the two following deeds
from said Henrietta R. Glenn to said Vestry

Trespass.

of St. Luke's Church, to wit: a deed of lease
dated the twenty-ninth day of June, in the
year eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore
city, in Liber G. R., number three hundred and
ninety-five, folio four hundred and thirty-two,
Ac.; and a deed in fee dated the same day of
June, in the year eighteen hundred and sev-
