CHAPTER 344.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Board of
County Commissioners of Baltimore county
to levy a sum of money for the building of
a School House at Rayville, in the Sixth
Election District of Baltimore county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Baltimore county are here by
authorized and directed to levy on the assess-
able property of said county, at the next an-
nual levy after the passage of this act, for the
sum of one thousand dollars, for the purpose

of building a School House at .Rayville, in.
the Sixth Election District of said county, and
said sum, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary, shall then be applied by and for that-
purpose paid to the Board of School Commis-
sioners of said county, for the erection of a.
public school house, at the before named
location; the said building to cost not exceed-
ing the sum of fifteen hundred dollars.

CHAPTER 345.
AN ACT to make all plaintiffs in civil suits in
Caroline county, where suits are brought be-
fore a Justice of the Peace, to bring said,
suits in the Election Districts where the-
defendant resides.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That all plaintiffs in civil
suits in Caroline county, when suits are brought
before a Justice of the Peace, shall bring said
suit in the Election District where the de-
fendant resides.
