the settlement of all claims in full, on or before

SEC. 64. All documents, books and papers

belonging to the office of Treasurer are hereby
declared to be the property of Cecil county,
and at all times shall be subject to the exami-
nation of the County Commissioners.
SEC. 65. The County Commissioners shall,

sufficient sum by estimate to cover the dis-
count to tax-payers and the compensation to
to the Treasurer, provided for in preceding
sections.
SEC. 66. That the duties imposed upon Col-
lectors of taxes in regard to the assessment,
and collection of taxes upon dogs and bitches

in said county by chapter three hundred
and one of the acts of eighteen hundred and
eighty-two, are hereby imposed upon the
Treasurer to be appointed under this act, and
all the powers given to and conferred by the
said act to Collectors of taxes are hereby given
to and conferred upon the said Treasurer.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or
parts of acts inconsistent with this act be and
the same are hereby repealed.

Repealed.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted. That this act shall
take effect from and after the date of its pas-
sage.
