ing wild fowl in the waters of South river, in
Anne Arundel county, be and the same is here-
by repealed and re-enacted so as to read as
follows :

Repealed.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 6. That one-half of all fines imposed
and collected under this act shall be paid to
the informer, and the other half, together
with the money arising from licenses, shall
be paid to the School Commissioners of said
county, for the benefit of the Public Schools
thereof.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That all licenses
issued under this act shall begin on the first
day of May in each and every year and con-
tinue only for one year from the date thereof,

and no person shall be allowed to license
more than one blind in any season; and if
more than one license is so obtained by any
person, the same shall be revoked by the said
Clerk, but the money paid therefor shall not
be recovered, but shall be disposed of the
same as if the license was legally issued.
