HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

enacted so as to read as follows: That that por-
tion of the dividing line between the Fifth and
Sixth Election Districts of Garrett county es-
tablished by chapter eighty-nine of the acts of
Assembly passed at January session eighteen
Imndred and eighty-two be changed, and the
line that existed before the passage of said act
is hereby re-established, and shall be the line
between said districts.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That after the pas-
sage of this act, all voters within this line, who

-heretofore voted at Accident, in Election Dis-
trict Number Five, shall, after having been duly
registered upon the registration books of Elec-
tion District Number Six, be entitled to vote at
all elections hereafter to be held in election
District Number Six.

CHAPTER 330.

-AN ACT to compel the numberings of build-
ings in Baltimore county, according to the
decimal system.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That it shall be the duty
of the County Commissioners of Baltimore
county to cause all buildings binding on any

of the paved streets, paved roads and paved
avenues within two miles of Baltimore, of Bal-
timore county, to be regularly and consecu-
tively numbered, the said numbers to begin at
the point on said streets nearest to the city of
Baltimore, if such streets, roads and avenues
shall extend from or near any boundary line
of said city outward; but on any street or
streets which run parallel to any boundary
line of said city, the numbers shall begin at
such a point or points as the said County
Commissioners shall select; the said numbers
