SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said
County Commissioners are fully authorized and
empowered by their order to substitute said

plat and certificate of said resurvey and reloca-
tion in the place and stead of the original plat
and certificate of survey, and that thereupon
said public landing shall be as located and es-
tablished in said substituted plat and certificate
of survey, and that any land not included
therein, but included in the location thereof
as originally established, shall at once revert
to said C. H. Clash as though the same had
never been taken or included in the lines of
said public landing.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 287.
AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and
ninety- eight of chapter four hundred and
seventy-one of the acts passed at the January
session of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,
entitled an act to repeal article twenty-six
of the Code of Public General Laws, and to
enact a substitute therefor, and to repeal sec-
tion twenty-two of article sixteen, sections
ninety-nine to one hundred and three of the
same article, and sections thirty-three to
forty-three of article eighty-eight of the
Code of Public General Laws, relating to
corporations, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That section one hun-
dred and ninety-eight of chapter four hundred
and seventy-one of the acts passed at the Janu-
