elect male members of the church herein
named, over twenty-one years of age, and
shall so elect that there shall always be three
members thereof from John Wesley Metho-
dist Episcopal Church and three from As-
bury Methodist Episcopal Church, which two
churches or congregations are hereby united
in one corporation.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That in selling,
conveying or mortgaging any property belong-
ing to this corporation, or in obliging the cor-
poration to pay for any property, or for the

instrument for the purpose, over their own
hands and seals, or by an attorney, appointed
by resolution at a meeting of the corporation,
which resolution shall be recited in the deed.

SEC. 5. Be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
