CHAPTER 242.

AN ACT to repeal section seven of the act
passed at the January session of eighteen
hundred and seventy-six, chapter one hun-
dred and seventy-nine, entitled an act to
repeal sections fifty-five to sixty-four, inclu-
sive, of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore
county, entitled "Collector/' and sections
seventy-eight to ninety, inclusive, entitled
"Treasurer/' and also to repeal section ten
of the act passed January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-eight, entitled an act
to repeal sections three, four, five, ten,
eleven, twelve, thirteen and fourteen of an
act passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-six, chapter one hun-
dred and seventy-nine, entitled an act to
repeal sections fifty-five to sixty-four, inclu-
sive, of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore
county, entitled "Collector,' and sections
seventy-eight to ninety, inclusive, entitled
"Treasurer and Collector,' and to repeal
section twelve of chapter one hundred
and ninety-six, acts of eighteen hundred
and eighty, entitled an act to amend the
Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
article three, sub-title "Treasurer and Col-
lector," by repealing and re-enacting section
twelve of the act passed at the January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,
chapter four hundred and ninety-four, and
by adding additional sub-sections to section
fourteen of said act, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, so as to read as
follows:
