CHAPTER 216.
AN ACT to enable the County Commissioners
of Dorchester county to have the Local
Laws for said county printed, as enacted by
the present and future sessions of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the County Com-
missioners for Dorchester county shall be au-
thorized to contract with and designate two
or more newspapers printed at Cambridge, in

said county, to publish the Local Laws apply-
ing to Dorchester county, enacted by the
present and future sessions of the General As-
sembly of Maryland; provided, that the total
cost of publishing of said Local Laws for any
one session, shall not exceed one hundred
dollars.

CHAPTER 217.
AN ACT to prohibit the killing of wild fowl
at night time in Washington county.
SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

|
|
sembly of Maryland, That it shall not be law-
ful for any person to shoot or kill, or shoot at,
any wild fowl in, on or over the waters of and
in Washington county, in the night time, with
gun or guns of any size or description what-
ever.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That any person who
shall violate the provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof before a Justice of the
Peace of said county, shall be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than five nor more than fifty
