CHAPTER 211.

AN ACT to ratify and confirm certain acts of
the County Commissioners of Caroline
county, in relation to the bridge over the
Choptank river, at or near Denton.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the acts and do-
ings of the County Commissioners of Caroline
county, in relation to the bridge over the

Choptank river, at or near Denton, be and the
same are hereby ratified and confirmed, and that
said bridge is hereby declared to be in every
essential a legal bridge.

Ratified.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 212.

AN ACT to enable the Vestry of Augustine
Parish in Cecil county, to designate the
Parish Church within said Parish.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That from and after the

passage of this act, the Vestry of Augustine
Parish of the Protestant Episcopal Church of
the Diocese of Easton, in Cecil county, shall
have power and authority to designate the
Parish Church of said Parish, subject to the
approval of the Convention of said Diocese.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
