SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the

of any of the birds or rabbits mentioned in
the preceding sections of this act, at any time
in which the shooting or trapping of the same
is prohibited by said preceding sections, shall
be prima facie evidence of violation of this
act.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the
