offence under this act, one-half of all fines
imposed shall be paid to the informer, and
the other half of said fines shall be paid to
the Board of County School Commissioners
for the county in which the offence occurred,
for the use of the Public Schools in the
county in which such fines shall be imposed.

Prima facie.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the
possession by any person within said counties
of any of the birds or rabbits mentioned in
the preceding sections of this act, at any time
in which the shooting or trapping of the same
is prohibited by said preceding sections, shall
be prima facie evidence of violation of this
act.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the

Clerk of the Circuit Court for licenses under
the provisions of this act, be paid by said Jus-
tice of the Peace and the Clerk, to the County
Commissioners for said counties, to be by them
placed to the credit of the School fund for
said counties.

Arrest.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That it
shall be the duty of the Constables of the
several Election Districts of the counties afore-
said, to arrest any person or persons violating
any of the provisions of this act, and take
