SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 175.
AN ACT to pay Findlay Roberts & Co. a sum
of money due them from State Tobacco Ware-
house Number Two, and State Tobacco Ware-
house Number Four, and also to A. W. Smith
& Co., for money due them from Tobacco.
Warehouse Number One.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury be and he is hereby directed to
issue his warrant on the Treasurer to pay

Warrant to

Findlay Roberts & Co. sixty-seven dollars and
seventy-five cents, being for nails furnished
State Tobacco Warehouse Number Two; also
twenty-nine dollars, being for nails furnished
State Tobacco Warehouse Number Four; and
also to A. W. Smith & Co. one hundred and
twenty-seven dollars and twenty-five cents,
being for nails furnished State Tobacco Ware-
house Number One.
