SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the date of its pas-
sage.

CHAPTER 155.

AN ACT directing the Comptroller to issue his
warrant upon the Treasurer, to pay to Levy
Flox, B. Abrownowity and Isaac Mehr, money
erroneously paid into the State Treasury for
licenses.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller is
hereby authorized and directed to issue his
warrant upon the Treasurer, to pay to Levy

Flox, B. Abrownowity and Isaac Mehr, money
erroneously paid into the State Treasury for
peddlers' license, the said amount not to ex-
ceed sixty dollars each, or one hundred and
eighty dollars in the aggregate.

To repay.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
