CHAPTER 141.


AN ACT to amend sections ten and eleven of
chapter one hundred and thirty-six of the
acts of eighteen hundred and eighty, enti-
tled "An act to repeal chapter three hun-
dred sixty-three of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy, entitled an act to in-
corporate the town of Upper Marlborough,
Prince George's county, and re-enact the
same with amendments."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections ten and
eleven of chapter one hundred and thirty-six
of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty,
entitled "An act to repeal chapter three hun-
dred and sixty-three of the acts of eighteen
