CHAPTER 141.

AN ACT to amend sections ten and eleven of
chapter one hundred and thirty-six of the
acts of eighteen hundred and eighty, enti-
tled "An act to repeal chapter three hun-
dred sixty-three of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy, entitled an act to in-
corporate the town of Upper Marlborough,
Prince George's county, and re-enact the
same with amendments."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections ten and
eleven of chapter one hundred and thirty-six
of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty,
entitled "An act to repeal chapter three hun-
dred and sixty-three of the acts of eighteen

porate the town of Upper Marlborough, in
Prince George's county, and to re-enact the-
same with amendments, be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
as follows:"

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That all persons
who have resided, or who have been engaged
in regular business within the aforesaid limits
of the town of Upper Marlborough for twelve
months prior to the election, and whose names

property to the value of one hundred dollars,
and who are otherwise qualified to vote for
delegates to the General Assembly of Mary-
land, shall be entitled to vote for Town Com-
missioners.

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That no one who
