lows: That a majority interest and value of
the stockholders of said company, at any time
after the passage of this act, may call a meet-
ing of the stockholders of said company, to
be held at Frostburg, Baltimore or New York,

To reorganise.

by advertisements published for two weeks in
some newspaper published in Allegany county,
and also in some newspaper published at the
place where said meeting is to beheld, if held
at any place out of said county, and at such
general meeting proceed to re-organize said
company by the election of president and
directors of the same, in the same mariner as
if said meeting were a regular meeting of the
stockholders called in conformity with the
original act of incorporation, and thereafter
the principal office of said company shall be
located in either Frostburg, Baltimore or New
York, as a majority interest of said stock-
holders shall then determine.

Effective.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, and
the General Assembly hereby reserves the
right to alter or amend at pleasure.

CHAPTER 112.
AN ACT to provide for taking at the general
election to be held in the year eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-seven, the sense of the people
in regard to calling a convention for altering
the Constitution, or framing a new one, ac-
cording to provisions of article fourteen, sec-
tion two, of the Constitution.
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That at the general elec-
tion to be held on the first Tuesday after the
first Monday in November, eighteen hundred
