Arrest.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That it shall be
the duty of the Constables of the several elec-
tion districts of the county aforesaid to arrest
any person or persons violating any of the
provisions of this act and take them before
the nearest Justice of the Peace, to be dealt
with as this act has heretofore directed.

Effective.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 89.

AN ACT to amend an act passed at December
session eighteen hundred and forty-five,
chapter thirty-eeven, entitled an act to in-
corporate the Mutual Insurance Company of
Washington county, and the several acts sup-
plementary thereto and amendatory thereof,
by adding thereto the following sections for
the establishment of a special reserve fund.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That hereafter it shall
be lawful for the Mutual Insurance Company
