of the Circuit Court of said county a license
permitting the person named therein to sell
or ship the same beyond the limits of said
county for one year from the day on which said
license is issued, and that the person named
therein or party procuring such license shall
pay to said Clerk for such license the sum of
one hundred dollars, and fifty cents to the
Clerk for his fee for issuing such license ;
any person violating the provision of this sec-
tion by selling or shipping game for sale shall
be fined the sum of five dollars for every
partridge, woodcock or rabbit sold or shipped.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the posses-
sion by any person within the county of any
of the birds or rabbits mentioned in the pre-

which may be collected by any Justice of the
Peace of said county, under the provisions of
this act, and the money paid to said Clerk of
