AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and
fifty-eight of the acts of the General As-
sembly, passed at the January session, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty -four, entitled an
act to repeal chapter three hundred and
ninety-five, of the acts passed at the Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and eighty-
two, entitled an act for the protection of
partridges, woodcock and rabbits, and to
prevent trespassing with gun or dog on pri-
vate property in Queen Anne's county, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so
far only as said county is concerned.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That chapter one hun-
dred and fifty-eight of the acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly, passed at the January session
of eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled

an act to repeal chapter three hundred and
ninety-five of the acts passed at the January
session, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, en-
titled an act for the protection of partridges,
woodcock and rabbits, and to prevent trespass-
Ing with gun or dog on private property in
Queen Anne's county, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, so far only as said
county is concerned, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted so as to read as fol-
lows :
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not
be lawful for any person or persons in Queen
Anne's county to shoot, kill or catch, or in any

way entrap any partridges or quail in said
county between the twenty-fourth day of De-
cember and the first day of November in each
and every year; nor any woodcock between
the first day of February and the fourth day
of July in each and every year; nor any rab-
bits between the twenty-fourth day of Decem-
ber and the first day of November in each and
every year.
