CHAPTER 88.

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and
fifty-eight of the acts of the General As-
sembly, passed at the January session, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty -four, entitled an
act to repeal chapter three hundred and
ninety-five, of the acts passed at the Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and eighty-
two, entitled an act for the protection of
partridges, woodcock and rabbits, and to
prevent trespassing with gun or dog on pri-
vate property in Queen Anne's county, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so
far only as said county is concerned.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That chapter one hun-
dred and fifty-eight of the acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly, passed at the January session
of eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled

session, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, en-
titled an act for the protection of partridges,
woodcock and rabbits, and to prevent trespass-

repealed and re-enacted so as to read as fol-
lows :

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not
be lawful for any person or persons in Queen
Anne's county to shoot, kill or catch, or in any

cember and the first day of November in each
